Bookings and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking date and time.

The deposit reserves the scheduled session and is therefore non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

Payments

Payment may be made online through the website or in person on the day of the session.

The remaining balance must be paid in full immediately following the photography session.

Final edited images will not be delivered until full payment has been received.

 

Image Selection and Retouching

Each photography package includes a specific number of professionally edited images as stated in the selected package.

Additional edited images may be purchased for an additional fee of $5 per image.

The client is responsible for selecting the images they wish to receive from the provided gallery unless otherwise agreed.

 

Rescheduling and Cancellation

Clients may request to reschedule their session subject to availability.

The booking deposit remains non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date at the photographer's discretion.

California Mood Photography reserves the right to reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

 

Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered digitally within the timeframe agreed upon prior to the session.

Delivery times may vary depending on the scope of retouching and workload.
